Service Manager Editions was written and developed by Armstrong Consultants in 1997, in response to growing customer demand for a fully integrated service management solution that would work seamlessly with Access Dimensions. The solution has become a major market player and is now in use in over 120 companies across the UK and Ireland. It is constantly being developed and updated inline with customer requirements, and easily supports up to 40 users on the software.
Our users cover a vast array of industry sectors includes medical equipment distribution, IT / Networking, air conditioning services, irrigation maintenance, print equipment, photocopier companies, telephony systems and plant sales.
